HitchFire's patented dual swing arm gives you full access to your tailgate or hatch — no need to unload a thing. Pivot the arm 90° or 180°, lock it in place, and your gear, food, and cold drinks stay within reach. Built tough to handle any terrain, smooth enough to move with one hand.

Forge 15 Hitch-Mounted Propane Grill vs F-20

Premium Gear.Honest Math.
Yes, it's an investment. So is buying a portable grill, a hitch carrier, a prep table, and a cover as separate things — bought, stored, and hauled on their own. The Forge 15 is one system that does all of it, and outlasts them.
Three purchases. Three things to store. Nothing that swings out of your way.
One grill that mounts to your hitch, swings out of the way, and detaches for tabletop cooking. Cast iron and powder-coated steel, built to outlast the road — not the season.
“A real grill I can take anywhere. The cast iron sears like my grill at home, and it mounts right to the hitch.”
“Replaced a tabletop grill, a folding table, and a janky hitch rack. One setup, swings out of the way, packs down small.”
“Two seasons of tailgates and camp trips. Still fires up every time and cleans up fast.”

It mounts to any standard 2″ hitch receiver — most trucks, SUVs, vans, and RVs. Use the vehicle selector at the top of the page to confirm fitment for your year/make/model.
Yes — you drive with it mounted. The Forge 15 rides on the patented dual swing arm, outside your vehicle on any 2″ hitch. We've road-tested our systems over some of the toughest terrain out there, from the Rubicon to Baja California. Just secure any loose parts and disconnect the propane before you head out.
Runs on 1 lb, 5 lb, or 20 lb propane tanks. Dual 7,500 BTU burners put out 15,000 BTU total. Running both burners off one tank? We recommend our splitter hose.
Yes. The Forge 15 detaches from the swing arm and sits on its integrated legs for tabletop cooking anywhere — picnic table, truck bed, or backyard.
The 355 sq in cast iron surface handles up to about 14 burgers at once — plenty for a crew.
The cast iron grates and grease management system make cleanup simple — wipe down the grates and empty the grease tray after each cook.
