The integrated basin runs off a water pump and a refillable reservoir, giving you running water for rinsing hands, produce, and dishes. Greywater drains into a removable container.
The Hitch Kitchen is built around dual propane burners with a stable cooktop and surrounding prep space. Check the What's Included / Includes tab for exactly what ships in the box.
The stainless surfaces wipe down with soap and water. The sink basin and greywater container are removable for easy emptying and rinsing.
Yes — you drive with it mounted. The kitchen rides on the swing arm, outside your vehicle on any 2″ hitch. We've tested our systems over some of the toughest terrain out there, from the Rubicon to Baja California. Just secure loose gear, empty the water reservoir, and disconnect the propane before you head out.
