HitchFire started in a Santa Cruz garage with one stubborn idea: you shouldn't have to leave real cooking at home. So we built a full-size grill that mounts to your hitch, swings out of the way on a patented dual arm, and fires up wherever the pavement ends.

Every product since — cargo platforms, camp kitchens, cook stations — runs on that same swing arm and the same promise: rugged gear, road-tested from the Rubicon to Baja, backed by a 2-year warranty and people who actually pick up the phone.
