Microcore Heat Packs are microwaved and placed inside of a REVO Dubler cooler, making it a flameless chafer. Place microwaved heat packs in cooler then hot food trays and cover with lids. The combination of the hot trays, heat packs and premium insulation keeps food warm for hours.

2 Microcore Heat Packs are included in every Dubler HEAT. Extra Microcore Heat Packs are sold as a set of 2.

Instructions:

Microwave heat packs until they begin to swell then quickly stop heating. (Could be 2 to 5 minutes depending on strength of microwave.) Over swelling can cause a leak. They are not warrantied for that. Be careful handling the heated pack.

The contents (cellulose sponge and water) are not toxic. Proper heating should net about 300 uses, which saves substantial money on heating fuel and a huge reduction in environmental waste. Each pack is 12" x 8" x 1" and weight is 40oz.

Heat packs are for use with a Dubler only, not the Party Barge.

They can also be frozen for use as a convenient drop in under condiment trays or trays of food, to maintain freshness.

The HitchFire Difference

Built different. On purpose.

ENGINEERED

Built for the Long Haul

Crafted from premium materials with zero corners cut — made to handle the road, the dust, the rain, and whatever else you throw at it.

PATENTED

Pull Up, Swing Out

Our proprietary dual swing arm gives you full access to your tailgate, so your gear is never in the way — just the way you want it.

MODULAR

Modular by Nature

From grills to cargo platforms, our modular system lets you use one swing arm for multiple products — giving you more ways to level up your adventures.

BACKED

We Have Your Back

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty and U.S.-based customer support from folks who actually care (and actually answer).

Our Story

Built by people who'd rather be outside.

HitchFire started in a Santa Cruz garage with one stubborn idea: you shouldn't have to leave real cooking at home. So we built a full-size grill that mounts to your hitch, swings out of the way on a patented dual arm, and fires up wherever the pavement ends.

Every product since — cargo platforms, camp kitchens, cook stations — runs on that same swing arm and the same promise: rugged gear, road-tested from the Rubicon to Baja, backed by a 2-year warranty and people who actually pick up the phone.
