Ultimate Camping Chill & Grill Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in the "Ultimate Camping Chill & Grill Giveaway" (the "Giveaway"), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. This Giveaway is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by HitchFire ("Sponsor").

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 14, 2024, at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 24, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must [describe the entry method, e.g., fill out an entry form on the Sponsor's website, follow the Sponsor on social media, and like and share the Giveaway post]. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• From HitchFire: F20 Propane Grill
• From Meater: Block
• From Orca: 40 quart cooler seafoam
• Devos: Lightranger 1200 bundle
• From Grill Grate: Grill grate, gloves, hat, cleaner tool and spatula
• From Pro Armor: Fire extinguisher and case

One (1) Runner-Up Winner will receive:

• From Moonfab: Moonshade
• From PacBak: P60-MK Cooler
• From Kolpin: Dry bag
• From Tailgating Tire Table: Tire table
• From The Meat Swadl: One meat swadl
• From HitchFire: Flat top griddle with case and pads

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is [$3500]. The ARV of the Runner-Up Prize is $1500]. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The drawing will take place on or about July 25, 2024. The potential winners will be notified via [method of notification, e.g., email or social media] within five (5) days following the drawing. The potential winners must respond within [insert response time, e.g., 48 hours] to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Your State]. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [Your State], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of [Your State] or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than [Your State].

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to HitchFire, 2510 Rosedale Avenue, Soquel, CA 95073. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above). Requests for the winner list must be received by [August 31, 2024].
