If you want to use a Power Tank or other air system other than an ARB compressor to run your ARB's with the ARB electric switches, then you'll need this kit. We tap special ports into this custom aluminum manifold for the ARB solenoid valves to mount to. We also include the proper safety pressure release valve (150 psi), a pressure gauge, and all of the fittings and hardware to give you a clean and easy hook-up. All you need to provide is the locker, itself, and the parts that come with the locker. We use this ARB Kit to run both the front and rear ARBs off of a PT10 Power Tank using ARB's dash switches in our first gen 4Runner. It's clean and easy to hook up. The pictures below show the use of red braided air line but the ARB blue line with our included compression fittings works just as well. The instructions are easy to follow and electrical hook-up is a breeze.

This kit can be used to operate nearly any brand air locker and other electronically controlled, air-powered systems like an air actuated sway bar.

Click here to read Quadratec's article on how to install this and a Jet Pak system to operate an air actuated sway bar on a JKU Wrangler. The instructions are the same as if you were installing an air locker.

Note: ARB has recently switched from a 5 mm. air line to a 6 mm. air line. Please check to see which air line your ARB kit was supplied with to ensure a proper fit with the Power Tank components. OX Locker uses 1/4 inch air line.

WE HAVE
YOUR BACK

Every product comes with a 2-year warranty and U.S.-based customer support from folks who actually care (and actually answer).

Pull Up. Swing Out. Adventure On.

This is more than a tagline—it’s a way of life for those who live to escape the pavement.

With HitchFire, the journey doesn’t end when you park—it begins. Pull up to your favorite trailhead, campsite, beach bluff, or racetrack. Swing out our patent-pending dual arm and suddenly, you’ve got a fully functioning grill or cook station right at your tailgate—no tools, no hassle, no wasted time. It’s built to move with you, not slow you down.

LEVEL UP YOUR COOKING GAME

Whether you're grilling burgers in the backcountry or prepping coffee at a sunrise trailhead, HitchFire brings serious functionality to your outdoor kitchen. And it’s not just about convenience—it’s about trust. Our products have logged thousands of miles with our community, across deserts, coastlines, and mountain passes. The same grill you fire up in Moab is the one you’ll be using at the tailgate in Tuscaloosa.

Rugged, refined, and ridiculously easy to use—this is outdoor cooking done right.

Keep the Mess & Smell outside

With HitchFire’s hitch-mounted grills and cook stations, you keep the action (and the odors) exactly where they belong—outside. No more stinking up your ride with bacon grease or scrubbing pots in a cramped sink. Our systems give you the freedom to cook big, clean up fast, and get back to what matters.

Add an integrated sink basin, faucet hookup, and side prep surfaces, and you’ve got a full-blown kitchen in the fresh air. Sizzle, sear, and clean—without dragging the dirt and smoke back indoors.
