Great idea! Not sure what
"Great idea! Not sure what the tension is for. Does not work on a Honda Passport or non-lifted/high clearance vehicle. We plan to modify this by trimming it down so it fits the vehicle properly, but we are not sure how to do so. It would be great if it was telescopic! It’s hard to tell from the video, but it’s just touching the arm of the swing arm by using the magnetic head, and not providing any support. We hope to figure it out soon because it’s an awesome idea!"

Just what I needed!
"I was using a piece of firewood to do this before. It worked ok, but not when I needed to extend it higher. Hitchfire seemed to read my mind and when I saw it I ordered it immediately. My swing arm doesn't sit level to begin with because I had to file out some of the inside of the hitch receiver die to rust. This works great for that, uneven ground or just as a means to steady things. Great job!"
