Do I have to pick the same gear as everyone else?+
No. Every member of your crew picks whichever product fits them best — the F-20 Grill, Ledge XL, Hitch Kitchen, or Camp Kitchen. All four count toward the same crew ladder, so mixing and matching only helps the group hit the next tier faster.
What qualifies as a group?+
Any club, forum, team, tailgate crew, overlanding group, or online community with interested buyers. Moderated forums, private Facebook groups, Discord servers, and club mailing lists all qualify.
Does one person have to buy for the whole crew?+
No. Each member purchases individually through the group's private link, choosing whichever product they want. The organizer does not collect money or manage a bulk order — that's by design.
How do the discount tiers work?+
The discount rises with your group size. 10 confirmed orders (of any eligible product) unlocks 15% off, 20 unlocks 20%, and 30 or more unlocks 25%. Whichever tier your group reaches by the deadline applies to every member, on whichever gear they chose.
What if we don't reach the next tier?+
You keep whatever tier your group has reached by the deadline — hitting 20 but not 30 simply locks in 20% off for everyone. If the group doesn't reach 10 orders, no discount unlocks and no one is charged. Fewer than 10? You'll get a full refund of the $1 hold.
